We as designers have always strived to provide Clients with their Aspirations, and our role has been to create a Design Ambience which appeals to them, their families & friends, in terms of Aesthetics & Functionality, and seamlessly fits into their Lifestyle.
Clients’ aspirations are mirrored in our Design Vocabulary, and our contribution as Designers is adequately reflected.
No Project is ever big or small, in size or scale, and every Project has always remained as interesting & fascinating as the previous one.
We have been a part of diverse projects, ranging from Private Residences to Apartment and Commercial Buildings including a Boutique Resort.
Deriving pleasure from delivering High Quality Projects within agreed Timelines has been our goal from the beginning of our Design Practice.

Pai Raikar & Associates – Seven Inspirations provides Architectural & Interior Design Consultancy along with Turn-key Contracting Services for both Civil & Interior Design projects, and are now in place to provide Architectural Conservation consultancy.
Associate Sacheen Pai Raikar established the firm in February 1995, after a stint with Architects M/s. Patki & Dadarkar, Ballard Estate, Mumbai.
Associate Hemlata Pai Raikar joined the firm in January 1996 after having worked with Architectural offices in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
The firm adopted its present title in February 1999.
M/s. Pai Raikar & Associates handles all the firm’s Architectural & Civil works, and M/s. Seven Inspirations deals with all Interior Design & Execution works.
After a short stint in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between July 1999 and October 2000, where both Associates gained considerable experience in the Interior Decoration & Contracting Industry, they have returned to re-establish their practice in Architectural & Interior Design Consulting & Contracting.
